One of the cool things about being a science teacher is that I get to play with cool stuff, in this case, liquid nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen boils at -198 C, so pour it into a container of water and it instantly freezes it. It also produces a cloud in the process, as the water vapour in the air turns into ice crystals, hence the clouds. Taking photos of it as it pours out of the containers, I am fascinated by the shapes they form. Since its completely random, no two photos are the same. Definitely cool stuff!
