Mt Cook is the highest peak in New Zealand. At 3754 m, it certainly isn't the highest mountain in the world, but beats any mountain in Australia. Travelling with my family we were very blessed with the weather - Mt Cook is usually covered in cloud, even on good weather days. With my wife driving, I was looking for the right opportunity to stop so that I could capture the road winding to our destination. Being the middle of the day, with harsher lighting conditions, I decided to process this as a black and white.
