Lake Hauroko, in the New Zealand Southland is the deepest lake in NZ, at 462 metres. This shot was taken in the middle of the day. In order to capture the moving clouds and smooth the lake, I used a very strong dark filter. This resulted in my longest exposure this far - 500 seconds. I was able to have lunch WHILE the photo was taken
